Chief Technology Officer
Your responsibilities.
- Develop the technical vision of LabV and define the product strategy
- Ensure a secure, scalable architecture together with your team and optimize processes (including SCRUM)
- Address customer inquiries on a technical level and confidently present our solutions when needed
- Create IT security concepts and oversee their implementation, including data protection and compliance
- Lead the technical team (Development, DevOps, QA, Support) and make strategic budget and resource decisions
Your profile.
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, Head of Development, or similar)
- Strong expertise in modern software development, cloud platforms, and CI/CD
- Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM) and in building interdisciplinary tech teams
- Excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Solid understanding of IT security at a conceptual level
- Fluent in German and English
Lead Developer
Your responsibilities.
- Take ownership of implementing complex software components and work closely with the CTO
- Provide technical leadership to the development team, conduct code reviews, and ensure high code quality
- Oversee the technical implementation of customer installations
- Establish and maintain agile processes (SCRUM) in daily development work
- Serve as the key technical contact for our ETL processes and web applications (React, Material UI)
- Support DevOps and QA processes (e.g., CI/CD, automated testing) and ensure compliance with IT security standards
Your profile.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT training as a software developer, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in software development (e.g., TypeScript/JavaScript for frontend and backend, Python for ETL).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and testing practices.
- Experience in applying agile methodologies and leading development teams.
- Passion for tackling complex technical challenges and openness to new technologies.
- High motivation to drive product quality and development processes forward.
- Fluent in German and English.
Working Student - Software Engineer
Your responsibilities.
- Develop tools such as plug-ins for the team software development process
- You develop proof-of-concepts for new software features and tools.
- You work at eye level within a multidisciplinary international development team.
- You evaluate your software modules in close collaboration with the architecture and system teams.
- You work according to agile development methods
Your profile.
- You are studying computer science, mechanical engineering, physics or a comparable course of study.
- You have some experience in software development.
- You have knowledge of C++ and Python.
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Jenkins and UML is an advantage.
- Experience in software development within an agile framework is a plus.
- You have a very good command of German and English.

Marketing
Working Student - Content Producer

Your profile.
- The position requires a current degree in a media-related program (preferably media or communication studies).

- Experience in creating and editing digital content is a plus.
- Creativity, communication skills and a good sense of visual design characterize your personality.
- You have a very good command of German and English.

Working Student - Webmaster
Your responsibilities.
- Maintain our website and feed it with new information.
- Help us optimize our website wherever it makes sense.
- Drive the technical and content SEO optimization.
Your profile.
- The position requires a recent degree in a technically oriented program (preferably computer science, web development, or similar).
- It is an advantage if you already have experience in maintaining and optimizing websites.
- Ideally, you have some experience with content management systems such as WordPress.
- You have a very good command of German and English.
