Working Student - Content Producer
Your responsibilities.
- Use your media background to develop new content for us
- Test new AI tools to create compelling videos
- Produce for various media such as the website, LinkedIn, videos and much more
- Use great tools like Canva, HubSpot and WordPress to get potential customers excited about LabV
What makes you stand out.
- The position requires a current degree in a media-related program (preferably media or communication studies).

- Experience in creating and editing digital content is a plus.

Your responsibilities.
- Maintain our website and feed it with new information.
- Help us optimize our website wherever it makes sense.

- It is an advantage if you already have experience in maintaining and optimizing websites.

Technical Success Specialist
Your responsibilities.
- You are the voice of LabV and support our customers via telephone and e-mail.
- You will find the best solutions to our customers’ needs and use your excellent communication skills to create exceptional service experiences.
- You document all customer inquiries in our CRM system, create orders and handle troubleshooting to the customer’s satisfaction.
- You enjoy using our software and solving deep questions about our AI-powered data management solution after extensive training.

Technical Success Intern
Your responsibilities.
- You will advise and support our Customer Success Managers in the business and technical setup of new customer projects.
- Support the development and rollout of new features, including exploratory testing and the creation of training videos.
- You will analyze problems in our SaaS solution, solve them independently, or prepare them for software development.
- You will analyze our customers’ requirements and prepare them for software development.

- You are passionate about digital products and have experience consulting and supporting business applications.
- Ideally, you are studying business informatics, computer science or already have a relevant degree.
- You have good Excel skills and experience in using new software tools.

Working Student: Software Engineer
Your responsibilities.
- Develop tools such as plug-ins for the team software development process
- You develop proof-of-concepts for new software features and tools.
- You work at eye level within a multidisciplinary international development team.
- You evaluate your software modules in close collaboration with the architecture and system teams.
- You work according to agile development methods
What makes you stand out.
- You are studying computer science, mechanical engineering, physics or a comparable course of study.
- You have some experience in software development.
- You have knowledge of C++ and Python.
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Jenkins and UML is an advantage.
- Experience in software development within an agile framework is a plus.
- You have a very good command of German and English.
