LabV Intelligent Solutions, a proud member of the NETZSCH Group, combines NETZSCH’s impressive 60 years of expertise in analytics and testing with a dynamic team of software developers, digitalization specialists, and laboratory experts.
This synergy challenges industry standards, allowing us to offer cutting-edge, smart digital solutions tailored for the manufacturing sector. Pioneering the field, we have patented a mapper for easy integration of measuring devices and proudly launched the first AI-powered digital assistant for testing laboratories in February 2024.

What we offer
We offer LabV®, a platform that streamlines data management in laboratories, focusing on quality control, material development and process engineering.
It integrates data from various testing devices and the customer’s IT infrastructure into a single system, enabling seamless and efficient processes.
By automating data capture and analysis, LabV enhances efficiency, reduces manual input, and aids in early detection of trends and anomalies, thereby improving product quality and operational productivity. The platform also now includes an AI-powered digital assistant for higher efficiency and more insights.

Dr. Stefan Thomas
Managing Director
Stefan specializes in digitalization, AI, and Industry 4.0 across mechanical engineering and materials science, with his academic roots at TU Darmstadt and a PhD from St. Gallen and more than 15 years of industry experience. As co-founder of LabV® he pioneers in software solutions for quality assurance and material development.
Stephan Knappe
Managing Director
With over 30 years in sales, Stephan leads as NETZSCH's Head of Sales for Western Europe, focusing on laboratory and analytics sectors. He's played a pivotal role in setting up sales locations across Europe and brings extensive expertise in laboratory applications and knowledge.
Charles Jouanique
Chief Revenue Officer
Charles has been working in the industry for more than 12 years. In addition to developing new digital business models, he is also an entrepreneur and multiple business angel for start-ups. He is currently responsible for Sales & Marketing at LabV, the NETZSCH Group's latest software start-up.
André Bräkling
Product & Tech Lead
André has been working in the conception and implementation of software projects and the management of agile development processes for more than 15 years. He has managed and advised on projects in various industries. He is responsible for the technical product development.
